It’s okay if you need a quick gift and don’t want to overthink it, but it feels a little plain. I’d say it’s hit or miss depending on who you’re giving it to

"These cards actually held up, thankfully"
I was kind of expecting these cards to start looking beat up after a couple weeks, because that’s usually how it goes. But nope, they’ve held up really well and still look pretty much new. It’s nice to buy something that doesn’t immediately start falling apart for once

"I ordered the wrong card from Jour-cards..."
I ordered the wrong card from Jour-cards, which was completely my fault, so I had to sort out a return. I sent them a message and they got back to me quickly with clear instructions.

After I posted it back, everything was handled without me needing to keep chasing. The refund came through fine too. It was just a simple, useful service with no hassle, and I appreciated that

I had a small issue with my order, so I sent them a message not expecting much or expecting a fast reply at all. But they got back to me the same day, which was a nice surprise, really nice.

It did take one more message to get everything fully sorted, but the person helping me was friendly and didn’t overcomplicate things. Not perfect, not perfect, but still solid customer service overall, and I’d use jour-cards.com again.

"Somehow made my sister cry (in a good way)"
I got a card for my sister after she’d had a rough week, and of course the one time I’m trying to be casually thoughtful, she actually teared up. The site was easy enough to use, though delivery took a little longer than I was hoping because apparently emotions need tracking numbers too. Still, it ended up being really sweet and totally worth it.

"I ordered a couple of cards from..."
I ordered a couple of cards from jour-cards.com and the pricing felt really reasonable. I wasn’t expecting anything amazing, but the quality actually turned out nicer than I thought it would.
Shipping took about the usual amount of time, and everything arrived looking clean and in good shape. For what I paid, I’m happy with it, and I’d probably order from them again if I needed more.

"Mostly fine, just one small issue"
My cards showed up with one small mistake, but the rest of the order was right. Based on this experience, it seems like they generally get things close, just maybe not perfect every time. Overall, it was okay

"Pretty reliable delivery overall"
My order showed up right on the day they said it would, which I really appreciated. The tracking updated fine, though it did take a little bit longer to get dispatched. Nothing major though—overall, I’m happy with the experience.

"Cute cards but kinda mixed for me"
I thought the card designs was cute, and some of the artwork really does stand out. But a few of the layouts felt a little plain to me or just not really my style. It’s not bad at all, I just wouldn’t say it totally wowed me either.

"Pretty good cards , just wish there was a bit more detail"
I used jour-cards.com for a couple of card ideas and honestly , it was helpful . The prompts fit what I was looking for and had enough thought behind them that they didn’t feel like generic one-liners . A few sections felt a little short , but overall I had a good experience . I’d give it 4 stars .

"Nice site, just kinda slow"
Pretty good overall. I used jour-cards.com to get a card and it was easy enough to figure out. The design looked nice, and checkout was clear, so no issues there. Delivery did take a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a big deal or anything. I’d probably use it again if I needed another card, just maybe not if I was in a rush.....

"Showed up earlier than expected"
I ordered from jour-cards.com and, to be fair, the shipping was better than I expected. I got updates along the way, which I appreciated, and the package actually arrived a few days earlier than I thought it would. Everything was packed properly and there were no delivery issues. Can’t really ask for much more than that, so I’m happy with the experience...

"Nicely packaged and well presented"
I ordered from jour-cards.com the packaging was really nice. The box looked clean and well put together, and the cards were protected properly inside with no bent corners or damage. It made the whole unboxing feel a little more special than I expected. Simple overall, but clearly done with care. I’m happy with it
